The Fred IT Group recently marked their 25th anniversary with the implementation of Dynamics 365 for Finance. Based in Melbourne and with offices in all states, Fred IT is the largest IT solution provider to the pharmacy industry, providing on-premise and cloud based solutions to over 70% of pharmacies in Australia. Fred IT is part of the Telstra Health group. Dialog Dynamics embarked on a rapid implementation project in July to implement Dynamics 365 Operations by 1 November. The project included core financials, customer billing, receivables, fixed assets, procurement, payables and inventory, with a number of key customisations to enable a single customer view across all entities within the group. Delivered on time and under budget, the new system forms the basis for Fred IT’s Health365 program to transform their internal business systems and processes.
Miwatj Health is focused on helping the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across East Arnhem Land assume control over their health. In addition to the Miwatj clinical services, acute care and longer-term preventive care, the Aboriginal health service focus’ on education and primary prevention programs to tackle the most important risk factors for Aboriginal health in this region. Dialog Dynamics provided an upgrade to Dynamics 365 Business Central with Jet Reports.
