For over 30 years, NeoProducts have been a highly successfully design and technology manufacturer based in Melbourne, specializing in self-service kiosk solutions across industries as diverse as education, hospitality, security health care and entertainment.
After a detailed selection process, NeoProducts selected Dialog Dynamics to implement Dynamics NAV 2018 as a complete ERP solution across the company, replacing an aging legacy system.
After an analysis & design phase in late 2017, Dialog Dynamics commenced a rapid build & deploy phase in March 2018. By maximizing the user of standard ‘out of the box’ functionality and minimizing costly enhancements, Dialog Dynamics implemented the full spectrum of Dynamics NAV functionality – core accounting & financial reporting, purchasing, payables, quotes, sales, receivables, inventory management, manufacturing, service management and CRM, with live operations commencing 1 August 2018.
Delivered to the agreed schedule within budget, the new system will provide significant improvements to the internal business processes at NeoProducts, supporting the continued growth of this innovative market leader.
