Use the unique Continia Expense Management 365 Smartphone app to register expenses and attach pictures of receipts. Thereby, travellers can do their expense reporting on the go with just a few steps – take a picture, fill out required fields and send directly to bookkeeping.
Credit card spending is directly imported into Dynamics 365 Business Central and automatically linked with registered receipts.
Approve expenses on the go
This can easily be handled too. Approving expenses can be done either directly in Dynamics 365 Business Central or online using a web browser – enabling everyone in the organization to access the approval workflow at any time.
As an approver, you can see the original receipt on the screen and either accept, reject, place it on hold, or forward it to another person for review or approval. Comments and attachments can easily be added too.
Easily accessible documents
Continia Expense Management 365 archives all original documents and you will always be able to retrieve the original documents using the standard Navigate-function in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
